所謂組(zu)成耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質料(liao)(liao),就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以上(shang)的天然礦藏(zang)質料(liao)(liao)或(huo)化工質料(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu),通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混(hun)合,成型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必定化學(xue)礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物(wu)理性能(neng)的耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質料(liao)(liao)。組(zu)成耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質料(liao)(liao)的品種(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成辦法(fa)多(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)工質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)之(zhi)間(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)(yong)工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細(xi)的氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)(yong)輕質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸(suan)(suan)鈣與(yu)工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)計量(liang)比例(li)配料(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)(suan)鈣;用(yong)(yong)鈦(tai)白粉和金屬(shu)鋁(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨氣(qi)效果下(xia),原位(wei)生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料(liao)等(deng)。

所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火質料(liao)(liao),就是將兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的天(tian)然礦藏質料(liao)(liao)或(huo)化工質料(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通(tong)過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝進程(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必定化學(xue)礦藏組成(cheng)和(he)物(wu)理性能的耐(nai)(nai)火質料(liao)(liao)。
