所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料,就是將(jiang)兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的(de)天然(ran)礦(kuang)(kuang)藏質料或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)質料或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通過配料、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細(xi),混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定(ding)化(hua)學礦(kuang)(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能的(de)耐(nai)火質料。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料的(de)品種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體簡略介(jie)紹:

 純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料之間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料,如用工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純(chun)超細的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比例配料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣(gai);用鈦(tai)白粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨(an)氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。

所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或(huo)(huo)兩種以上的(de)天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)化工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物(wu)(wu),通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混合(he)(he),成(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)(huo)電(dian)熔等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合(he)(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理(li)性能的(de)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。
