所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必(bi)定化學礦藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和(he)物理(li)性能的耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的品(pin)種繁復,組成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多種多樣,大體簡略(lve)介紹:

 純化工(gong)質料(liao)(liao)之(zhi)間組(zu)成耐(nai)火質料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業氧化鋁(lv)與鈦白粉組(zu)成鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉與氮(dan)(dan)氣化合組(zu)成AIN(氮(dan)(dan)化鋁(lv));工(gong)業氧化鋁(lv)與高純超細的氮(dan)(dan)化鋁(lv)粉組(zu)成Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳酸(suan)鈣(gai)與工(gong)業氧化鋁(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化學計(ji)量比(bi)例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)成六鋁(lv)酸(suan)鈣(gai);用(yong)鈦白粉和(he)金屬鋁(lv)粉在流動(dong)氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)等(deng)。

所謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或(huo)(huo)兩種以上的天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)化工質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄(qi)物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)熔等工藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組成(cheng)和物理(li)性能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)。
