所謂組成耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是將兩種(zhong)或兩種(zhong)以上的(de)(de)天(tian)然(ran)礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混合,成型(xing),煅燒或電熔等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合成鎂鐵(tie)鈣(gai)砂制(zhi)取必定(ding)化學礦藏組成和物理(li)性能(neng)的(de)(de)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。組成耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)品種(zhong)繁復(fu),組成辦法(fa)多種(zhong)多樣,大體(ti)簡(jian)略(lve)介(jie)紹:
純化(hua)工(gong)質料之間組(zu)成耐火質料,如用工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦白(bai)粉組(zu)成鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮氣化(hua)合(he)組(zu)成AIN(氮化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細的(de)氮化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計(ji)量(liang)比例(li)配料,組(zu)成六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用鈦白(bai)粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。
所謂(wei)組成耐(nai)火質料,就是將兩種(zhong)(zhong)或兩種(zhong)(zhong)以上的天然礦藏質料或化(hua)工質料或廢棄物(wu),通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型,煅燒或電熔等工藝(yi)進程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必定化(hua)學礦藏組成和物(wu)理(li)性(xing)能的耐(nai)火質料。
