純化(hua)(hua)工質料(liao)(liao)之間組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質料(liao)(liao),如用工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁與鈦白(bai)粉組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸鋁;鋁粉與氮氣化(hua)(hua)合組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁);工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁與高純超細的(de)(de)氮化(hua)(hua)鋁粉組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆);用輕(qing)質碳酸鈣與工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁,按CA6的(de)(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao)(liao),組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁酸鈣;用鈦白(bai)粉和金屬鋁粉在流動氨氣效果下,原位生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)等。
