所(suo)謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)質料,就是將兩種(zhong)或兩種(zhong)以上(shang)的(de)(de)天然礦(kuang)藏質料或化(hua)工質料或廢棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或電熔(rong)等工藝進程(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必(bi)定化(hua)學(xue)礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和物理性能的(de)(de)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)質料。組成(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)質料的(de)(de)品(pin)種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大(da)體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)之間組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)(yong)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與鈦(tai)(tai)白粉組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與高純超(chao)細的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆);用(yong)(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao),組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)(yong)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉和(he)金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨(an)氣效果下(xia),原(yuan)位生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成耐火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he)(he),成型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)電熔等工(gong)藝(yi)進程,合(he)(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和(he)物(wu)理性能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)。
