所謂(wei)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或(huo)兩種以上的天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄(qi)物(wu)(wu),通(tong)過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制(zhi)取必定(ding)化學(xue)礦藏(zang)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理性(xing)能的耐火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的品(pin)種繁復(fu),組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多種多樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)工質料(liao)之間(jian)組成耐(nai)火質料(liao),如(ru)用工業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉組成鈦(tai)(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)合(he)組成AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細(xi)的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組成Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)工業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計(ji)量比例配料(liao),組成六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用鈦(tai)(tai)白粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在流動(dong)氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等(deng)。

所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質料,就是將(jiang)兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)或兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)以上的(de)天然礦藏質料或化(hua)工質料或廢棄(qi)物,通(tong)過配料、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物理性能的(de)耐火質料。
