純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質料之間組成耐火質料,如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與鈦白粉(fen)組成鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組成AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與高純(chun)超細(xi)的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕(qing)質碳酸鈣與工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比(bi)例(li)配料,組成六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦白粉(fen)和(he)金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣效果下(xia),原(yuan)位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。
所謂組(zu)成耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將(jiang)兩種或兩種以上(shang)的(de)天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)或廢(fei)棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成型,煅燒或電熔等工藝進(jin)程,合(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定化(hua)學(xue)礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物理性能的(de)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。
