純化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料之間(jian)組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料,如用工(gong)(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)組成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)純超(chao)細的(de)(de)(de)氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆);用輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣(gai)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的(de)(de)(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料,組成(cheng)六鋁(lv)酸鈣(gai);用鈦白(bai)粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣效果下,原位(wei)生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料等。
所謂(wei)組成耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就(jiu)是將兩種或兩種以上的天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或化工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或廢棄物,通(tong)過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型,煅(duan)燒或電(dian)熔等工藝進程(cheng),合成鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制(zhi)取必定化學礦藏(zang)組成和(he)物理(li)性(xing)能(neng)的耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
