所謂組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)(huo)質料,就(jiu)是將兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)或兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)以上的(de)天然礦藏(zang)質料或化工質料或廢棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合(he)(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或電熔等(deng)工藝(yi)進程,合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣(gai)砂制取必(bi)定化學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的(de)耐火(huo)(huo)質料。組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)(huo)質料的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)辦法(fa)多種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)多樣,大體簡(jian)略介紹:
純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)質料(liao)(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料(liao)(liao)(liao),如用工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白粉組(zu)成(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮氣化(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高(gao)純(chun)超(chao)細的(de)氮化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用輕(qing)質碳酸(suan)鈣(gai)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計(ji)量比例(li)配料(liao)(liao)(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣(gai);用鈦(tai)白粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在流動(dong)氨氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)(liao)等。
所謂組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的天然礦(kuang)藏(zang)質料(liao)或(huo)化工(gong)質料(liao)或(huo)廢棄(qi)物(wu),通過(guo)配(pei)料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨(mo)細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)電(dian)熔等(deng)工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必(bi)定化學礦(kuang)藏(zang)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能(neng)的耐火質料(liao)。
