純(chun)(chun)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料之間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料,如用(yong)工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與鈦(tai)白粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與高純(chun)(chun)超細的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)輕質碳酸(suan)(suan)鈣(gai)與工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)計量比(bi)例(li)配(pei)料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)(suan)鈣(gai);用(yong)鈦(tai)白粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料等。
所(suo)謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或兩種以上的天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄物(wu)(wu),通過配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或電熔等工(gong)藝進(jin)程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定(ding)化學礦藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理(li)性能的耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。
