所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或(huo)(huo)(huo)兩種以(yi)上的天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通(tong)過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)(huo)(huo)電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定(ding)化(hua)(hua)學礦藏組成(cheng)和物理(li)性(xing)能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的品種繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多種多樣,大體簡(jian)略介紹(shao):

 純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料之間組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料,如用工(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦(tai)白粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)合組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)純(chun)超細(xi)的氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆(long));用輕質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)學(xue)計(ji)量比例(li)配料,組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣(gai);用鈦(tai)白粉(fen)(fen)和金屬(shu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)在流動(dong)氨(an)氣效(xiao)果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。

所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以(yi)上的(de)天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物,通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)電熔等工藝(yi)進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定化學礦(kuang)藏(zang)組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性(xing)能的(de)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。
