所(suo)謂(wei)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料,就是將兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)上的(de)天然(ran)礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄(qi)物,通(tong)過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定(ding)化(hua)學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的(de)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料。組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)多樣,大體簡略介紹:
純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)質料(liao)之間組成耐火(huo)質料(liao),如(ru)用工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白粉組成鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉與(yu)(yu)氮氣化(hua)(hua)合組成AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)(yu)高純超細(xi)的氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉組成Alon(阿(a)隆(long));用輕質碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按(an)CA6的CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比例配(pei)料(liao),組成六鋁(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用鈦白粉和(he)金屬鋁(lv)粉在流動氨(an)氣效果下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資(zi)料(liao)等。
所謂組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或兩(liang)種以(yi)上的(de)天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或電(dian)熔等(deng)工(gong)藝進(jin)程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必(bi)定(ding)化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的(de)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
