所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或兩種以上的(de)天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必定(ding)化學礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)和物理(li)性能的(de)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)的(de)品種繁復(fu),組成(cheng)辦法多(duo)種多(duo)樣(yang),大體簡略介紹(shao):

 純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)之間(jian)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與鈦(tai)(tai)白粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)鈦(tai)(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與氮氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與高純(chun)超細的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)計量比(bi)例配料(liao),組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉(fen)和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣(qi)效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資(zi)料(liao)等(deng)。

所(suo)謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)(huo)質料(liao)(liao),就是(shi)將兩種或兩種以上的天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏質料(liao)(liao)或化工質料(liao)(liao)或廢棄物,通(tong)過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或電(dian)熔等工藝(yi)進程,合成(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必定(ding)化學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和物理性能的耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)(huo)質料(liao)(liao)。
