所謂(wei)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄(qi)物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細,混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性(xing)能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)的品(pin)種繁復,組成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多(duo)種多(duo)樣,大體簡(jian)略介紹(shao):
純化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)工業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與鈦(tai)白粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與高純超細的氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與工業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比(bi)例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流(liu)動(dong)氨氣效果(guo)下,原位(wei)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料(liao)(liao)等(deng)。
所謂組成耐火質料(liao),就是將兩種或兩種以(yi)上的天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質料(liao)或化(hua)工質料(liao)或廢棄物(wu)(wu),通過配(pei)料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型,煅燒或電(dian)熔等工藝進程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組成和物(wu)(wu)理性能的耐火質料(liao)。
