綿陽高鐵砂
高鐵(tie)砂(sha),由于鎂砂和鐵粉混不勻,燒(shao)結(jie)性(xing)能和使(shi)用(yong)(yong)效果均不佳,將鎂砂粉和鐵磷(lin)按比例(li)相(xiang)配共(gong)同煅(duan)燒(shao)而后(hou)再用(yong)(yong)于補(bu)爐,明顯改(gai)善了(le)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)性(xing)能,本廠生產(chan)的(de)高(gao)(gao)鐵砂HMF68A提高(gao)(gao)了(le)CaO的(de)含量,它在砂中(zhong)主要以2CaO.Fe2O3(C2F)型存在,在高(gao)(gao)溫下C2F中(zhong)Fe2O3固(gu)熔(rong)到方(fang)鎂石(shi)中(zhong),提高(gao)(gao)了(le)鎂砂晶(jing)間c/s,既(ji)易燒(shao)結(jie)又好用(yong)(yong),是現代電爐和LD轉爐補(bu)襯、補(bu)底(di)的(de)良好原料。
