所謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐火質料(liao)(liao)(liao),就是(shi)將兩種(zhong)或兩種(zhong)以(yi)上(shang)的(de)天然(ran)礦藏質料(liao)(liao)(liao)或化工(gong)質料(liao)(liao)(liao)或廢棄(qi)物(wu),通過(guo)配(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或電(dian)熔等工(gong)藝進(jin)程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定(ding)化學礦藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)理(li)性能的(de)耐火質料(liao)(liao)(liao)。組成(cheng)耐火質料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)品種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹:
純化(hua)(hua)(hua)工質(zhi)料之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,如用(yong)(yong)工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)鈦白粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)高純超(chao)細的(de)氮(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)(yong)輕(qing)質(zhi)碳(tan)酸鈣與(yu)工業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比(bi)例配(pei)料,組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)(yong)鈦白粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣效果下,原(yuan)位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。
所謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料,就是將兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)以上(shang)的天然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制(zhi)取必定(ding)化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和(he)物理性(xing)能的耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料。
