所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料,就是將兩種(zhong)(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)上的天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通(tong)過配料、粉碎,磨(mo)細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必(bi)定化(hua)學(xue)礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物(wu)理性能的耐火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料。組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料的品種(zhong)(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成(cheng)辦法(fa)多種(zhong)(zhong)多樣,大體簡略(lve)介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料(liao)(liao),如(ru)用工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與鈦白粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與氮氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與高(gao)純超細的氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳(tan)酸鈣(gai)與工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比(bi)例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸鈣(gai);用鈦白粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣(qi)效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資(zi)料(liao)(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)(zu)成耐火質料,就是將兩種或(huo)兩種以(yi)上(shang)的天然(ran)礦藏質料或(huo)化工質料或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨(mo)細,混合(he),成型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程(cheng),合(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定化學礦藏組(zu)(zu)成和物理性能(neng)的耐火質料。
