所謂組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是將(jiang)兩(liang)種或(huo)(huo)(huo)兩(liang)種以上的(de)天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)(huo)廢棄物(wu),通(tong)過配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨(mo)細,混合(he),成(cheng)型(xing),煅(duan)燒(shao)或(huo)(huo)(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組成(cheng)和(he)物(wu)理性能的(de)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的(de)品種繁(fan)復,組成(cheng)辦法多(duo)種多(duo)樣,大體簡(jian)略介紹:

 純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料之(zhi)間組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,如用工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦白粉(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)合組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高(gao)純(chun)超細的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕質(zhi)碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計量(liang)比例配料,組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用鈦白粉(fen)和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在(zai)流動氨氣效果下(xia),原位(wei)生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。

所謂組(zu)成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將(jiang)兩(liang)(liang)種或兩(liang)(liang)種以上(shang)的天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄(qi)物,通過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混合(he),成型,煅燒或電熔(rong)等工藝進程,合(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必定化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物理性能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)。
