純(chun)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)質料(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)耐火質料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)鈦(tai)(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)與(yu)氮氣化(hua)(hua)合(he)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高(gao)純(chun)超(chao)細的氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕(qing)質碳(tan)酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量比(bi)例配(pei)料(liao)(liao),組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)在(zai)流動氨氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相(xiang)資料(liao)(liao)等。
所謂組(zu)(zu)成耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料,就(jiu)是將兩種或兩種以上的天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料或化工質(zhi)(zhi)料或廢(fei)棄物(wu),通過(guo)配(pei)料、粉碎,磨細(xi),混合(he),成型(xing),煅燒或電(dian)熔等工藝(yi)進程,合(he)成鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組(zu)(zu)成和物(wu)理性能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料。
