所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是(shi)將(jiang)兩種或兩種以上的(de)天然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或廢(fei)棄物(wu),通過(guo)配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細(xi),混合(he),成(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定(ding)化學礦(kuang)藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能的(de)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)的(de)品種繁復,組(zu)成(cheng)辦法多(duo)種多(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹(shao):
純(chun)化工質(zhi)料之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,如(ru)用(yong)工業(ye)氧化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白粉組(zu)成(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)(yu)氮氣(qi)(qi)化合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工業(ye)氧化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高純(chun)超細的(de)氮化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)工業(ye)氧化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按(an)CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化學計量(liang)比例配料,組(zu)成(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦白粉和(he)金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨氣(qi)(qi)效果下,原位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。
所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質料(liao),就(jiu)是將兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上(shang)的天然礦藏(zang)質料(liao)或(huo)化工(gong)質料(liao)或(huo)廢(fei)棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電(dian)熔等工(gong)藝進(jin)程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)和物理性能的耐(nai)火質料(liao)。
