純化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料之(zhi)間(jian)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細(xi)的(de)(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣(gai)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比例(li)配(pei)料,組成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣(gai);用(yong)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動(dong)氨氣效(xiao)果下(xia),原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。
所謂組(zu)成耐火質料,就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以(yi)上的天然礦藏(zang)質料或(huo)化工質料或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料、粉(fen)碎(sui),磨細,混合,成型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程(cheng),合成鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必定化學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物理(li)性能的耐火質料。
