所謂組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質料,就是將兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的天(tian)然(ran)礦藏質料或(huo)化工質料或(huo)廢棄物,通過配(pei)料、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)電(dian)熔等(deng)工藝(yi)進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必定化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和(he)物理性能(neng)的耐(nai)火(huo)質料。組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質料的品種(zhong)繁(fan)復,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣(yang),大體簡略(lve)介(jie)紹(shao):

 純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料之間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料,如用(yong)工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦白粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純(chun)超細(xi)的氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳酸(suan)鈣(gai)與(yu)工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計(ji)量比例配料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣(gai);用(yong)鈦白粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在(zai)流動氨氣(qi)效果下,原(yuan)位(wei)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資(zi)料等(deng)。

所謂(wei)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料(liao),就是(shi)將兩種或(huo)兩種以上的天然礦藏(zang)質料(liao)或(huo)化工(gong)質料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物,通(tong)過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學(xue)礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐火質料(liao)。
