純化(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao)之間組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白粉(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)合組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高純超細的氮(dan)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按(an)CA6的CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)學計(ji)量(liang)比例(li)配料(liao)(liao),組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦白粉(fen)(fen)和金屬(shu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)在(zai)流(liu)動氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)等。
所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質料,就(jiu)是將(jiang)兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以上的(de)天然礦(kuang)藏(zang)質料或(huo)化工質料或(huo)廢棄(qi)物(wu),通(tong)過(guo)配(pei)料、粉碎(sui),磨細(xi),混合,成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝(yi)進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必定(ding)化學(xue)礦(kuang)藏(zang)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)理(li)性能的(de)耐火(huo)質料。
