 可用天(tian)然礦(kuang)藏(zang)質料(liao)(liao)本身之間的檔次(ci)不同(tong)(tong)配料(liao)(liao)組(zu)成(cheng),如莫(mo)來(lai)(lai)石(shi)(shi),也可不同(tong)(tong)天(tian)然礦(kuang)藏(zang)質料(liao)(liao)配料(liao)(liao)組(zu)成(cheng),如用高(gao)(gao)鋁礬土(tu)(tu)與鋯(gao)(gao)英石(shi)(shi)精(jing)礦(kuang)組(zu)成(cheng)鋯(gao)(gao)莫(mo)來(lai)(lai)石(shi)(shi);高(gao)(gao)鋁礬土(tu)(tu)與菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)組(zu)成(cheng)鋁鎂(mei)尖晶(jing)(jing)石(shi)(shi);菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)與白云石(shi)(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)鎂(mei)鈣(gai)(gai)砂(sha);用高(gao)(gao)鈣(gai)(gai)菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)與鐵精(jing)礦(kuang)配料(liao)(liao)組(zu)成(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣(gai)(gai)砂(sha);菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)與鋯(gao)(gao)英石(shi)(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)鎂(mei)鋯(gao)(gao)砂(sha);葉蠟石(shi)(shi)與滑石(shi)(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)堇青石(shi)(shi);用菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)與二(er)級高(gao)(gao)鋁礬土(tu)(tu)熟料(liao)(liao)配料(liao)(liao),焦炭作為還原劑,通(tong)過碳熱還原氮化(hua)組(zu)成(cheng)Sialon—尖晶(jing)(jing)石(shi)(shi)復相(xiang)(xiang)資料(liao)(liao);藍(lan)晶(jing)(jing)石(shi)(shi)與石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)配料(liao)(liao),原位組(zu)成(cheng)AlN—SiC復相(xiang)(xiang)資料(liao)(liao)等。

所(suo)謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是(shi)將兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢(fei)棄物,通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電(dian)熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必(bi)定化學礦藏組成(cheng)和物理性能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的品種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣(yang),大體簡(jian)略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)成耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)鈦白(bai)粉組(zu)成鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)高(gao)純超(chao)細的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉組(zu)成Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣(gai)與(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比(bi)例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)成六鋁(lv)酸(suan)鈣(gai);用(yong)(yong)鈦白(bai)粉和金(jin)屬(shu)鋁(lv)粉在流動氨氣效果下,原(yuan)位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質料,就是將兩種或兩種以上的天然礦藏(zang)質料或化(hua)工(gong)質料或廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu),通(tong)過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),煅燒(shao)或電熔等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)理性能的耐火(huo)質料。
